Sources of resveratrol have been found to include these following foods:

Roots of the Japanese knotweed 'Polygonum cuspitadum' used by the Japanese and Chinese for its healing properties

Red wine

Grape skins (5–7 ppm)

Grape seed (1 ppm), pulp (less than 0.1 ppm) and grape juice (in lower levels)

Cranberries and cranberry juice (0.278 ppm) ~2

Peanuts and peanut products, peanut butter (0.27–0.75 ppm) ~3

Hop (beer)

Itadori tea ~4

Dark chocolate and cocoa ~1

As you can see, there are various sources of dietary resveratrol that we can get. However, the most convenient way to get resveratrol in an adequate dosage is with a quality resveratrol supplement.

For example, the resveratrol concentration in supplements such as red wine extract was 337 mg/100g dry extract, and a red grape extract was found to have 60-75 mg/100g.

In the same recent study which also looked at dark chocolate, it was found that dark chocolate (sourced from Belgium) was found to have 0.4 ppm trans-resveratrol ~1

Grape seed extract is higher in proanthocyadins than resveratrol.

Red wine is also an option but there are many negative effects of alcohol that many people cannot or chose not to tolerate.
